Welcome Spring with an Outdoor Meal

Waterzooi

Address: 850 Franklin Avenue, Garden City, NY 11530 

Waterzooi claims to be the only authentic Belgian bistro near our Garden City homes for sale. Their concrete patio is tucked away from the busy street and dotted with round tables shaded by umbrellas. They also have an enclosed glass-paneled patio for rainy days. 

Their menu is heavy on seafood, featuring options like: 

• Fresh oyster and shellfish platters
• Moules pots
• European-inspired starters
• Salads
• Entrees like lobster frites, panko-crusted baked sole, and prime beef burgers 

They also offer individual Blue Point oysters for $1 each from 3 to 6 p.m.

The bistro is open Monday through Thursday from noon to 9 p.m., on Fridays and Saturdays from noon to 10 p.m., and on Sundays from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Grumpy Jack's Sports Bar and Grill 

Address: 28 Oakland Avenue, Port Jefferson, NY 11777 

The patio at Grumpy Jack's is open year-round. With casual seating, lots of shade, and big-screen TVs, this restaurant near our Port Jefferson homes for sale is a great place to spend an afternoon. Their massive menu includes: 

• Crowd-pleasing appetizers
• Handheld seafood like popcorn shrimp, clams, and mussels 
• Fresh Greek, house, and Caesar salads, as well as specialty salads

The restaurant opens for lunch service every day at 11:30 a.m. They also serve a special brunch menu on Sunday.

OHK Bar and Restaurant 

Address: 135 W Gate Drive, Huntington, NY 11743 

Nestled on the first floor of the historic Oheka Castle Hotel and Estate near our Huntington homes for sale, OHK Restaurant and Bar requires reservations. Their outdoor piazza offers excellent views of the hotel's lawn and grounds.

Once you sit down, you'll order from a curated menu that includes: 

• Crisp green salads
• Decadent pasta dishes
• Upscale entrees

The restaurant serves lunch from noon to 3 p.m. Monday through Friday, then closes for an hour before dinner. Weekday dinners run from 4 to 9 p.m. Monday through Thursday and from 4 to 10 p.m. on Fridays.  

On weekends, they also serve brunch. Weekend dinners run from 5 to 10 p.m. on Saturdays and from 4 to 10 p.m. on Sundays.  

Cipollini Trattoria and Bar 

Address: 2110C Northern Boulevard, Manhasset, NY 11030 

Cipollini Trattoria and Bar is a refined restaurant with an outdoor patio located on the eastern edge of Americana Manhasset, a bustling open-air shopping plaza near our Manhasset homes for sale. They serve upscale versions of all your favorite Italian dishes, including: 

• Fresh-baked brick-oven pizzas and stuffed focaccia bread

Louie's Prime Steak and Seafood

Louie's Prime Steak and Seafood is a popular fine-dining restaurant near our Port Washington homes for sale, with a history spanning over 120 years. Their private boardwalk patio offers stunning views of Manhasset Bay and the local marina.

The restaurant is best known for its 35-day dry-aged steaks and premium beef cuts, ranging from prime skirt steak to tomahawk ribeye. If you're not in the mood for steak, though, they also serve:
